A SERIES of one day adult art courses will take place in Alford Manor House over the next few months.
Feltmaking, willow plant supports, candle-making, a beginners guide to watercolour sketching and glass painting will all be offered to budding artists.

On Wednesday, June 4, 10am-3pm, there will be a day of fabulous feltmaking, creating individual
designs to take home.

The following Wednesday, June 11, 10am-4pm, will be willow plant supports with Susi Mulligan who grows willow on her farm and makes fabulous willow sculptures.

Creative candle making will take place with Peter Pennick on Wednesday, June 18, 10am-4pm. Learn the basics of different waxes and create beautiful candles.

A beginner's guide to watercolour sketching will be taken by a full-time artist who will teach the basics of watercolour sketching on Wednesday, June 25, 10am-4pm.
Glorious glass painting with Lyn Harker will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 10am-4pm.

Places are limited and all participants will receive refreshments and a light lunch included in the price, as well as the materials.

The cost of feltmaking or candle making will be £25, and willow plant supports, watercolour sketching or glass painting will cost £35.
