Thursday - A WALK to raise money for a room dedicated to Nick Adams, of Skegness, at the Butterfly Hospice, Boston, will take place on August 17.
Nick died of cancer on August 17 last year aged just 24, and his family want to name a room after Nick at the new hospice and to equip the room for younger people.

His mother Sandi is calling for more people to join the walk because £50,000 is needed before November to secure a room at the hospice which is under construction.

Sponsor forms are available at the Skegness Standard office in the Hildreds Centre, and at New Look fashion store in Lumley Road, Skegness.

A tombola is held most Saturdays outside New Look to raise funds for the Nick's Room appeal.

If you want to hold a fundraising event for Nick, contact Sandi at New Look.
