EDITOR - When was the last time a Skegness resident spent any leisure time in Tower Gardens?
When was the last time any investor was able to make such a statement to the seafront at Skegness?
Does Skegness have a future, as I understand that there are objections to the proposed commercial development on South Parade?
Will a road running along the perimeter of Tower Gardens mean the gardens will be policed? Will it mean the end to bottles, cans and needles creating a hazard in the Tower Gardens?
Will it mean another step to Skegness becoming a 12-month resort?
