Saturday, 1pm - A ROCK n roll lifestyle could be on the cards for two Skegness musicians who feature on a rock album released this month.

Samuel Thorpe, 20, and Sebastian Skillings, 19, who form band Catapult, are studying at rock and roll music college the Brighton Institute of Modern Music.

Their song Listen Close was chosen to appear on What's Inside Your Head? Volume One, which is the sixth album in a series produced by the college called How to Mend a Broken Pier.

Samuel said: "I'm ecstatic our tarck has been chosen for BIMM's new album. It really is a great achievement for us.

"We have enjoyed the whole experience and learnt so much as a result - the hard work has really paid off!"

Contributing students were chosen after going through a gruelling selection process judged by a music panel.

The album is an eclectic mix of 14 songs of which there will be something to suit every musical taste.

All the musicians have been involved in the production of the album and have gianed invaluable advice from top industry professionals.

The CD will be released by South Coast Sounds record label and you will be able to download it on iTunes for £7.

All proceeds from the album sales will go to the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy charity.
