Town to get a 'clean-up'

Wednesday, 9.33am - A DEDICATED group of volunteers will transform part of Skegness on Saturday as part of a social action project.
Operation Transform, led by the New Day Christian Centre, Skegness, will see around 40 people cleaning up the area of Lincoln Road, Lyndhurst Avenue and Morris Walk.

A community barbecue will be held in a marquee in Church Road North throughout the day with drinks and information display stands.

On Sunday the centre will host a family fun day from 12-4pm at its premises in Lincoln Road.

It is free entry and there will be bouncy castles, games, barbecue, craft making, face painting, puppet shows and much more.
