Vehicles attacked by thieves

Tuesday, 1.11pm - THIEVES attacked three vehicles parked in Wainfleet overnight on Sunday.

Police believe a white Iveco van in Church Lane was damaged in an attempt to steal it, and a lorry in teh same road was attacked with entry gained.

A vehicle parked in St John Street was targetted the same night. A window was smashed and a search carried out inside. It has not been confirmed whether anything was stolen.

Police would like to hear from anyone who heard or saw anything suspicious.
