A NEW display stand has been given to the Spilsby branch of the Royal British Legion by the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society in the town.
Branch manager Amanda Whitehead approached the RBL to see if it would benefit from a donation and RBL member Donald Odlin said the group would appreciate a display stand.

Mr Odlin said: "We are very pleased with our new display stand, it looks great when we put all of our information on it.
"We are hoping it will raise even more awareness and help with fundraising."
The stand will be used to display RBL information, posters and services and will be a great help for this year's Poppy Appeal.
Mrs Whitehead said: "I am pleased we have been able to help the members of the Royal British Legion - it's such a great cause.
"Hopefully they will be able to take the stand along to local events to help raise awareness and raise more money for the cause."

The RBL meets at the Red Lion, Spilsby, on the third Wednesday of the month and has around 100 members.
