SPILSBY'S Franklin Hall committee is in need of new members.
Long standing members of the committee, Carolyn Lyle, chairman and Charles Tong, vice chairman are standing down at the AGM on Monday.
Both Carolyn and Charles feel the time is right to hand over the running of the hall, which they both steered through its very successful refurbishment. James Boulton, treasurer, stood down last year.
The day to day running of the hall is ably handled by manager, Wendy Ledger.
She said: "We have a strong and enthusiastic committee made up of user representatives, but we most urgently need a new treasurer and new non user members."
This superb facility is part of Spilsby's heritage and a well led committee is essential for its continued success. The committee meets six times a year.
If you feel you could help, go come along to the AGM at the hall on Monday at 7 pm or contact Mrs Ledger on 01790 753180 or at wendyledger@yahoo.co.uk.
