The newlook side produced a competent display, with Jason Vaughan and Joe Harris pulling the strings in midfield and Ashley Morrel always a threat on the right flank.
Skegness took the lead after 30 minutes when Dan Starkey crossed for Liam Papworth, who scored from eight yards.
Ten minutes later a quickly taken free kick by Starkey made the score 2-0.
Ben Davison glanced home Vaughan's cross five minutes into the second half and Lee McLuckie made it four when he headed home another Vaughan cross.
Josh Whittam completed the scoring when he latched onto a Troy Lonslow through ball.
On Saturday Skegness are at home in their friendly against Radford from the Central Midlands League.
