St Clements sports day fun

Wednesday - ATHLETIC youngsters demonstrated their sporting prowress at St Clement's College's sports day at the Princess Royal Arena, Boston.

Students who wanted to take part in the event had to apply to be selected and 230 students made the journey to Boston to test their skill.

They competed in traditional events, including javelin, shot putt, hurdles, running, high jump and long jump.

It was a great day with some fantastic sporting performances and the medal winners were presented with their prizes by chair of the governors Tricia Preston.
